This is a basic chocolate recipe that uses the delicious Coconut Magic coconut oil as well as pure organic raw cacao butter. The cacao butter gives the chocolate a richer creamier texture, for those of you who like their chocolate this way.
50g organic cacao butter
4 tbsp raw organic cacao powder
1 1/2 tbsp agave nectar
1-2 tbsp Coconut Magic coconut oil
What to do:
Place cacao butter in a saucepan and with a very very low heat (low enough to keep it raw) melt the butter. Stir until completely melted.
Place cacao butter into a bowl. Add cacao powder 1-2 tbsp at a time, stirring each one in until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Place chocolate mixture into a small, flat dish and even out the surface, then place in the freezer until firm. You can then keep the chocolate in the fridge.
