Clean Your Face Naturally with Coconut Magic Coconut Oil

• Put one to two teaspoons of coconut oil in the palm of your hand and gently rub the oil until it turns into a liquid. (As you use the oil more frequently, you'll get a good feel for how much is just right for your skin).
Rub the oil all over face, just as you would a face wash. I make sure to get all parts of my face, paying particular attention to the most oily parts (that is, the areas that seem to over-produce oil the most).
• Place a hot (but not scalding) wet washcloth over your face and let it sit there until the cloth becomes room temperature. For me, this is usually 30 seconds to a minute.
• Rinse the washcloth and gently wipe your face with it, removing any excess coconut oil (don't rub too hard! Your face needs the oil, so be gentle).
The hot washcloth aids in opening your pores so the oil has a chance to dip inside and dissolve the "bad" oil that has collected. Wiping the excess off your face with the washcloth after applying heat adds a gentle exfoliation without irritating those perfectly rosy cheeks.
